Orders within the Republic of Croatia can be paid EXCLUSIVELY in HRK. Prices in Euros apply to clients residing abroad.

Product prices for customers from countries outside the European Union are shown and charged without Croatian tax (VAT 25%, hereinafter “VAT”).
If you have more than one address, and your first address is within the European Union, the price of the product and delivery costs will be shown with VAT included. By choosing an address for delivery outside the European Union, the prices of all products will be automatically displayed without VAT.

Ordering products
Due to the large number of orders that are submitted to spar-tac.shop at the same time, it may happen that the information on product availability is not the same as the stock. Such a situation is extraordinary and does not last long.

RIGHT TO REPLACE OR RETURN

In the event that some of the ordered items, which you received by mail, do not correspond or do not correspond to the ordered item, you have the right to return the purchased and unused goods to our address within 14 days from the date of receipt of the shipment. Shipping costs on return will be taken over by Cassis Oprema d.o.o. only if, after examining the returned item, it is unequivocally established that:

· The item has not been used
· The item has a manufacturing defect

In the event that the returned item is completely correct, and corresponds to the ordered item, the cost of returning the item is borne by the buyer. Multi-part items must be returned as a complete set.

In the event that the shipment with the items is damaged in transport, such damage is visible when picking up the shipment, in which case we ask you not to pick up the shipment. Please contact us to check the status of the shipment as soon as possible and send a new one.

All equipment is manufactured and designed in Croatia, and we guarantee our customers the repair or replacement of products up to 30 days after purchase if manufacturing defects or errors are found.

Product ordering is done electronically. By clicking on the appropriate icons, the products are placed in the consumer basket. The goods in the basket are considered ordered at the moment when the customer completes the entire order process (“Complete the order”). At the e-mail address where he registered, the customer receives a confirmation of the order received from Cassis Oprema d.o.o.

If Cassis Oprema d.o.o. is unable to deliver any of the ordered products, will contact the customer as soon as possible to agree on a change or cancellation of the order.

Product prices for the Croatian market are expressed in Croatian Kuna (Kn) and include value added tax. Product prices for other markets are expressed in other currencies. The currency of payment in the Republic of Croatia is exclusively the Croatian Kuna (Kn). These discounts also apply to items on sale, if they are higher than the promotional discounts. Adding more discounts is not possible.

Product prices are subject to change until the order is completed (“Complete Order”).

Upon completion of the purchase (“Complete the order”), registered users complete the purchase process via the webshop service. The contract of sale is concluded at the time of receipt of payment by Cassis Oprema d.o.o.

The price of delivery of purchased products is not included in the price of the product.

When paying by cash on delivery (by redemption), the registered user receives an offer to his e-mail address and all the information necessary to deliver the selected products.

Products that the registered user puts in the cart are not reserved. The product is reserved only after confirmation of payment by the registered user.
