DELIVERY TO CROATIA

1. Package delivery  “FLAT RATE” –  6 EUR includes handling, packaging and delivery cost.

Packages paid by bank transfer or credit card are sent out by GLS Croatia -standard delivery time in 1-3 work days

Packages paid by COD (Cash On Delivery) are sent out by Croatian Post / Hrvatska pošta d.o.o. – standard delivery time in 2-6 work days.

2. FREE delivery (CROATIA ONLY) Free delivery for all orders over 135 EUR (price calculated after discounts applied)

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

International orders are sent out via: GLS – orders from EU member countries Croatian post (HP) – orders from all other countries Shipping cost is calculated based on shipping weight. You can check shipping costs at any time by going in to the shopping cart and starting the checkout process.

ORDERS PROCESSING AND SHIPPING

Spar-Tac will process all orders in the shortest time possible. If the ordered goods are available  in stock, they will be packaged and sent out the same or following work day. If ordered goods are not available in stock, you will be contacted by our staff.

1. BANK TRANSFER (WIRE TRANSFER) Buyer makes payment to Spar-Tac bank account, PRIOR TO SHIPPING. Please note that international bank transfers can take up to several days before we can register them on our account. NO PACKAGES will be sent out until we have 100% payment confirmation.

2. PAYPAL (international orders only) One of the fastest, safest and generaly most widespread online payment services in the world. After you have finished checkout process, you will be redirected to paypal secure website to complete payment. Paypal account is not neccessary as payment can also be done with selected credit cards.

NOTE: Paypal will not be available as payment option until EUR or USD is selected as currency
