T-Bar velcro attachment is intended primarily for attaching hydration tubes or radio device wires, but it also has other practical uses. It can be used vertically or horizontally. Molle compatible accessory. It can be added to any molle compatible piece of equipment such as vests, plate carriers, molle belts, molle pockets, etc.
